Upholstery Cleaning

Before the cleaning begins we inspect and test the fabric to determine which process is the safest to achieve the best results.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

The first thing we do is inspect your tile and grout condition before we start to clean.

So we can show the customer any possible problems such as loose tile or missing grout. Then we spray a safe non toxic

powerful cleaner onto both the grout and tile work the chemical in the grout joints with a special designed brush. Let it sit.

Then we hook up a specialized floor cleaning tool that’s hooked to our truck mounted machine. This process cleans and sanitzes

Pet Odor Treatment & Deodorizing

When we are called to come in and do a carpet inspection involving pets on the carpet and pet odor we first do a inspection. We always treat the carpet first with enzyme pre spray which breaks down the odor then use a carpet pre treatment. After the treatment we clean the carpet or upholstery using another chemical specifically designed for pet cleaning and odor. Once the carpet is dried you won't believe the results.

*Please note there are times when a second treatment is necessary in severe cases.

Water Damage Repair

This is a short version version of what we do your job could require more work..When you have a water damage incident you want a company who will respond ASAP. When we come out the first we do is ask if everyone is safe and make sure the water is turned off.

After a through inspect we communicate with the customer what needs to be done. After approval we extract all standing water and move all necessary furniture.

Then we set up carpet blowers and dehumidifiers to dry out the structure this usually takes three to four days with the equipment running. Everyday we will come and check on the drying process

And communicate with the customer. After the structural is verified dry from our testing equipment we will proceed to apply a EPAa registered mildicide treatment both under and over the carpet and into the walls. Then carpet is steam cleaned and sanitized and reinstalled furniture is moved back .No two water damage jobs are the same some may require less or more work.

If you think you have water damage or smell mold or mildew call us at once .If you need a second opinion call us at once day or night. The sooner we arrive usually the better.

Mattress Steam Cleaning

A lot of people do not know your mattresses can be steam cleaned. We recommend a once a year cleaning and sanitizing.

You will sleep a lot easier knowing your bed is clean and sanitized.

Carpet Stretching & Repair

When we come to do a repair or restretch we inspect the entire area. Many times there are hidden areas that need repair

that you cannot see. Once inspection is complete we provide an estimate for all labor and supplies. Most times we can complete the job the same day.

Taking it to the car wash you only get it vacuumed at best. We use the same process as we do when cleaning upholstery in your home.

We first remove all mats then vacuum then steam clean and sanitize. You will not believe the results.
